Jen worked as a licensed occupational therapist for more than 30 years before joining Friends Life Care as a Wellness Coordinator in 2026. She received her OT degree from Thomas Jefferson University and earned specialty credentials in hand and lymphedema therapies as well as aging in place (CAPS). She spent her OT career primarily in outpatient upper extremity treatment and neurorehabilitation and additionally gained experience in homecare and subacute rehab. In recent years she held a role in chronic care management involving remote fall risk assessments and prevention and participated in the use of AI-enabled virtual care.

Jen has always felt the most gratifying part of her career to be the opportunity to build relationships with her clients and to assist in the achievement of their health and wellness goals as a collaborative partner. In her free time she enjoys reading, fitness, trying new recipes and spending time with her family at the beach.
